God is calling, do you hear His Voice
or does He get lost in all the noise?
He does not shout, but gently whispers
He wants to share all of His joys.
His call to love is nothing new
it has been heard from the very start
But it is we, that have drifted away
so far from His Dear Heart.
He never leaves us or forsakes us
when upon Him we do call.
He patiently just watches over us
not wishing for us to fall.
He loves us like none other can
and it breaks His Heart to see
The depths His creation has gone
in their attempt to be so-called free.
Let us resolve this day that we
will seek His love each day,
And let Him manifest it
in an entirely new way.
To seek His love you will be blessed
more than I can ever say,
Simply because He loves us so
and wants us by His side to stay.
