The devastation is astounding
as terrorists carry out their plans
To wreck havoc on our nation
and to infiltrate our lands.
We in our complacency
just went on about our way
Ignoring all the visible signs
that we can see today.
We have not been united
and our focus has been unclear
Now we are going to pay the price
with those that we hold dear.
May God have mercy on our souls
and help us through the fear
As we stand united
and conquer this new frontier.
